Good day, everyone.

[ Kotomi's voice is.. practically the same as usual, aka very monotone and blank, no matter what she's speaking about. At least she's apparently social enough today to actually use the journal to make a post.. ]

I have two important questions to everyone. I couldn't find the answers in books, so I thought maybe someone else would be able to tell me instead.. I tried to look all over for books about it, but couldn't find anything. [ There's maybe the sliightest hint of disappointment in her tone at it. ]

The first would be any more information about "tsundere".. I heard it means someone acts tough and doesn't think they need anything more, but.. any more information would be nice, too.

[ This is clearly important. ]

And secondly, what kind of stories does everyone like..? [ totally not asking in relation to a certain someone, nope. ] I wonder if there's some sort of story that could be fun for everyone, no matter who reads it. Doesn't that sound like it'd be wonderful?

[ After that there's just.. a long pause.. apparently she forgot to turn off her journal after she was done in her obliviousness. ]

And that's pretty much the basics of tsundere!

If you're really lucky or persistent, you can totally get a tsundere person to dere at you, if you say or do the right things, too. It's really cute!

[ Nice performance there, Ryoji - Kotomi seems impressed, even if it's a little blank sort of impressed as always. She's totally forgotten about the stories thing, just in awe at the demonstration.. ]

So they're people who go from.. [ deep breath, she.. tries to look tsun, but it looks more adorable instead, really. ] tsun, tsun tsun..

[ going back to her normal blank expression now. ]

[ He beams brightly and nods. ]

Yep! [ And then have some laughter. ] You've got it down - even the looking really cute while you're trying to be tsun, too! Of course, you're really cute normally, too.

I'm.. cute..? [ cue a little blush appearing on her cheeks, Ryoji, you womanizer!! ]

... For some reason, my heart is beating really, really fast right now.

[ And then he laughs again. ] Especially when you say things like that. Isn't it a great feeling? It happens sometimes when you feel happy, I think! [ Or at least he assumes. He likes inducing this feeling in girls, because blushes are cute and also they seem to like it. ]

Is that a feeling that tells you you're happy..? [ ... ] It's a little strange, that feeling, but it's also nice.. and I would like to be happy. Being happy is better than being sad.

[ He nods. ] Being happy is a lot better than being sad. I'd like you to be happy, too!

... Ah, but we don't know each other yet. We should introduce ourselves to each other first, right? That's only polite.

[ there's a vague 'waah' sound at the pretty remark, as if she's amazed to hear that.. she's probably blushing a little at it too, but then she nods, trying to settle down again. ]

Ryoji-kun, is it.. My name is Kotomi Ichinose. I'm a senior from class A. My hobby is reading books, and when referring to me, please call me 'Kotomi-chan'. [ there's almost something mechanized about her introduction, as if she practiced it a lot. ]

[ Ryoji's smile widens a bit at her sound and her blushing, quite happy to have (it seems) pleased her so. ]
