[ Kotomi slowly opens the door, and.. when she sees Sakura, she immediately starts smiling. In that blank way of hers, that is, but she seems happy all the same, despite all the weapons Sakura has on her.. apparently she doesn't even notice them with as oblivious as she is. Kotomi's own costume is pretty much just as ridiculous either way though, but she doesn't seem to mind it too much either. ]

Ah, Sakura-chan looks so cute today.. [ Oh, apparently she did notice the outfit part. That's a start. ] Good day.

[How...odd. In a strange way, they almost match. Then again, they are both Japanese girls close in age. Sakura dismisses it as nothing more than a coincidence. She also doesn't invite herself in.

How should she respond to being called cute...? With very obvious (and loud) surprise, naturally!]

C-cute? What are you talking about...?

[ Apparently she hardly even notices the girl's surprise, even now she's just still smiling as if nothing at all is up. She means all of it, either way. ]

I was talking about Sakura-chan, of course. [ headtilt. ] Those pigtails are really, really cute.. Could it be that Sakura-chan is in a good mood today?

[Just give Sakura a second. She isn't used to being called cute, especially by other girls.]

The outfit was chosen for me when I arrived. I have never worn my hair like this before. [Despite clearly wanting to take no credit for it, she seems...a little pleased.] And I am in a good mood. Have you heard of the scavenger hunt?

[ The smile comes back at the mention of her being in a good mood. At least that's a good thing, right? Even if everything is so super strange right now, Sakura's okay.. ]

Ah, I'm glad. .. I don't think I know anything about a scavenger hunt, though..

[Likewise, Sakura is glad to see that Kotomi isn't panicking...although the fighter has a pretty good idea as to why she isn't.]

The Malnosso have made an offer. Anyone who gathers two specific items from each district can exchange them for points that can be used to request items from home.

[ Even her surprise is always a little blank, but it's definitely there in the way her eyes widen as she hears the words. ]

I did not collect one set, Ichinose-san. I collected two. One for myself, and one for yourself. You can turn them in yourself and ask for items from home.

i tried the same just now and it's true, it's so fitting..

[ At first she just stares at the other girl blankly for a few moments, as if she doesn't get what she's trying to say, or even if she does that she's just plain surprised at it.

But then it slowly melts into a smile instead, like such. (Only visual aid can describe how cute it is, okay.) ]

Sakura-chan did that for me.. [ Sure, she lost that first line in translation thanks to the name, but she still understands from the rst. ] Even though I didn't ask it, Sakura-chan thought of me? That makes me so happy..

It is the least I could do for my friend. We do not have much time, though. You will need to turn them in soon so that you can receive the points. Would you like to accompany me?

[ Apparently she already trusts it's true without hearing the answer, since she already looks about ready to go. ]

[ She nods, slipping on her shoes - apparently she even feels the need to take them off out of politeness in a futuristic house like this - and then nods again, walking out of the door and closing it behind her so she's next to Sakura now. ]
