.. A little.. [ her stomach even grumbles slightly, betraying it either way. ]

W-.. why?

We can get some food. We shouldn't walk on empty stomachs, right?

.. It won't be a bother..? A.. and my parents won't get worried if I stay away a little longer?

[ she looks up at the other girl with a worried face. ]

It won't. They won't either. We'll try to find them as fast as possible. [ How long as this experiment going to last? She didn't want to leave her alone as she was.

Goddammit she hated this place sometimes. ]

[ She miiight be squeezing Shiki's hand a little since she just.. feels really scared. Aside from that she's staring at the ground though, unsure what to do and looking very much like a kicked puppy. ]

[ She can feel the squeeze off her hand, and tightens her grip ever so slightly. She looks down to Kotomi with a small smile. ]

What do you like to eat, Kotomi-chan?

I.. don't really mind anything. I'll eat anything that's served..

[ She wants to be a good girl, after all. ;; ]

You aren't. It's okay. Let's go. [ She kept holding onto the young girl's hand as she walked forward, taking her in the direction of Seventh Heaven. Maybe talking some more would keep her comfortable. ]

What do you like to do for fun, Kotomi-chan? [ She probably could guess. ]

[ She's just obediently pattering along - looking around them a little as they go, since this place is new and sort of scary, she doesn't recognize anything even as she tries to.. ]

.. Reading. Or.. playing the violin, I think that's fun too.. I don't go outside much. [ So this is pretty scary, suddenly being outside the house and garden like this with no way back. ]

[ She could hear the uneasiness in her voice...There had to be something she could do to make it more comfortable. ]

I read too. Did you know there's a library here?

There's a library..? With books?

Mhm. I go there sometimes. [ Weird. She usually went there to see Kotomi. ] You know what a library is, right?

Of course I do. It's a place with a lot of books, but.. I've never been to one before.

[ she's been pretty isolated all this time, after all. ]

Hmm. We'll get food first. It's a nice place, I think you'd like it. Lots of fun books. [ They were getting closer to Seventh Heaven now. Hopefully, she was feeling a little more calm. ]

You sure there's nothing you like to eat more than other things? We can get whatever you want.
